The Wriveted Bookbot pilot is a chat-based interface designed to help library visitors find books within pilot libraries.
The program uses innovative technology to enhance reading frequency and enjoyment levels and is currently in a research phase to gain insights into new ways of achieving this goal.
The Bookbot engages users by posing interesting and engaging questions and generates a list of in-stock books that match the users interests based on their responses. This list can be printed and used to locate the books within the library.
